Delivery Information
All orders of $250.00 or over are qualified for a free delivery. You will see a free shipping option at checkout if your order meets this criterion. If your currency is not Dollars – you are also eligible for free shipping and currency conversion will be done automatically.
All orders are sent from our shop within 2-4 hours with a tracked delivery service, after we receive your payment. We ship Monday to Saturday.
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
You will see estimated delivery times when you are choosing your shipping option at checkout.
You will see information about where to track your order in your order confirmation e-mail, once you complete checkout process.
Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions it is your responsibility to know your local laws and customs regulations, but in 99% of cases there are absolutely no delivery problems.
We will resend any lost parcel
Our courier company considers an item lost if it has been more than 7 business days from the date it was due to be delivered within United States, or 15 business days for countries outside USA. Only tracked services within United State are covered by our reship guarantee. We can not provide a reship guarantee for countries outside the USA.
Please contact us if your item has not been delivered within 4 working days within USA or 10 business days for countries outside of the USA.
Shipping to remote locations
If your shipping address is considered a remote location by the courier company (usually small islands to which there is no way for the courier company to perform a ground delivery) – you will receive an e-mail from us with an offer of alternative shipping option.
Shipping to PO Boxes
K2 Spice Smoke Shop use various courier delivery(DPD, UPS, Fedex, USPS, EMS) services, for this reason orders can not be delivered to PO Boxes or Packstations.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
- Once an order of research chemicals or herbal products has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
